Most of our loft storage installations are completed in around 4 hours, with over 90% of projects finished within a single day. Installation times can vary depending on the size of your loft and the work being carried out.
Yes. We can arrange for a roof window to be installed as part of your project. We typically fit high-quality Velux roof windows, helping to increase natural light and improve access to your loft space.
Absolutely. We can install extra loft lighting to make your storage space brighter and more practical. We typically use Bell LED strip lighting, with each 5ft section providing excellent illumination for approximately 200 square feet of loft space.

No. We install 18mm P5 moisture-resistant loft boarding, which is specifically designed for safe loft storage. It provides a strong, durable storage platform but is not intended to be used as a finished living floor.
Yes, we ask that your loft is cleared before installation begins so our team can work safely and efficiently. If you’re unable to clear the space yourself, please speak to our sales team, as we may be able to arrange a loft clearance service for an additional cost.
There’s no need to worry. Our installers take great care to protect your home by using dust sheets, heavy-duty floor protection, and overshoes throughout the installation. Before leaving, we’ll vacuum and tidy the work area, ensuring your home is left clean and tidy.
Not necessarily. While we do prefer someone to be available at the property if possible, it’s not always essential. Our team will discuss access arrangements with you before installation day.
No. Loft boarding and loft storage installations generally do not require planning permission, as they are designed for storage rather than creating additional living accommodation.
We only require a deposit when you’re purchasing through one of our finance options. For all other installations, payment is simply due upon completion of the work.
The amount of weight your loft can safely support depends on your property’s construction and the type of raised loft flooring system installed. During your free survey, we’ll assess your loft and recommend the most suitable storage solution. We’ll also explain any recommended weight limits to ensure your loft is used safely.

In most cases, yes. We can enlarge your existing loft hatch and install a new insulated hatch and loft ladder, making access to your loft much easier, safer, and more convenient.
Absolutely. Our raised loft boarding system is ideal for new-build properties. Unlike standard loft boarding that compresses insulation, our system raises the loft floor above the insulation using timber supports built from the wall plates. This helps maintain your home’s energy efficiency while creating a strong, safe storage platform and transferring the load to the property’s outer walls.
